That’s a pet peeve of mine. We haven’t even played a game yet! I don’t care how good my odds are — I could be playing against a handicap child in a game of .H.O.R.S.E. — I hate being congratulated for something I haven’t accomplished. What if I broke my leg and/or the child starts raining threes like a wheelchair’d Chef Curry? I’ll wait until I cross the finish line to celebrate.
Aside from that, I will congratulate you for making it to the NBBA finals during your first season. I was able to accomplished the same feat and I remember how big that was for me to inch my way to the pinnacle of BB-USA success. It’s only up from here on out.
