My 18 year-old player had 47+48, that would mean that this minute make about 0.5 skills? Why I think about is in this way you can read in my last post.
Not really. Both 2 pops in 1 week and no pops in 2 weeks are extremely rare occurrences.
In the case of the double-pop, if the player started at, say, 7.99 OD, then he needs 2 trainings of .51 levels each to pop.
If we assume your player starts at 7.01 OD, and gets 1 full training for .51, he gets to 7.52 and needs .47 levels not to pop.
.47/.51 is ~ .94%, which means 1 minute loses you about 8% of training.
This is, of course, the absolute minimum. Rumor is 1 minute is a much more severe loss -- some people place it at as much as 15-25%.
