Tegelikult peaks ikka 3 nädalaga see ära tulema, aga oleneb ka, mitut mängijat sa treenid (kas meeskonda vms).

kui kiiremat trenni kahele mehele tahab. las laseb C koha pealt. kui 5 mängijale, siis C\PF - aeglasem treeningvariant.
