And what about the idea, that FA should be only from, lets say 50k?

I think this variant is quite ridiculous, because salary doesn't always show how good is a player :)

the Fa should be released looking at the sum of their primary skills, with a limit in the minimum of every of these skills(i.e. for a guard the sum of JS-OD-JR with a minimum of 35 as sum of primary skills and a minimum of 13 for JS,11 for OD and 9 for JR;these are not precise numbers)
As rightly Flash said, salary alone isn't a good way to evaluate players, looking only at the salary thaere will be released players with high handling and driving and low JS and OD for example

And I never said that Italian first division need a boost, you are saying the false, man
The problem is in the lower divisions, where it's not acceptable the current situation,as I said in numerous posts, but not again for population, but for the different competitivity and the different weekly balance
Do you understand that you actually are asking for a raise in divII "salary cap", what would it change? Do you understand that teams would still get to that cap, in order to compete and would still be near 0 income. Then you are in the same situation again.
How is raising divII income instead of divI. If you have more competitive league, you will get more TV income money.
I ALWAYS said that the system should give money for the competitivity. If the first Iceland division catch up the first Italian division, the incomes would be exactly the same,so what are you saying?
Try to follow now. If the Iceland divI is catching up that means theyr quality is raising. They are lowering their income by getting better quality players. Italy already have those players and are playing near cap. What you are suggesting is. Give the same income to leagues teams that already have high quality players. Thus making impossible for anyone to catch up. If you want to make more money. Win the league (beating 15 managers) and promote. Are you saying it's impossible to promote in Italy?

I've read some messages and im a bit astonished...

There's different issues here, but about one topic: Why the ''big countries'' make complain about economy I'm going to put an example from spanish champion team in Div 1: (78204)

He made an awesome move, even if he competes for being champion on Spain, he shares the transfer list with all the users from BB. From his transfer history look at this: (its recently)

-He bought (5733623) for5,4 I can assure this is the 2 or 3 best PG on Spain.

-He sold Daugotas Gincbergas(4748745) for 6,6M

So apart from that Betanzos is MUCH better than the lituanian SG, he also will have to pay less in his salary and he was able to win money on the operation ¡¡¡

So dont tell us that the ''big'' -medium - little countrys are playing different roles, when we are sharing a global market. Problably the Denmark manager that bought the lituanian is doing now the ''harakiri'' for paying 6,6M on that player, but im sure that since he is on a little country he will have no problem to have money again.

If i would be a manager from the spanish Div 1 I would laugh a lot to all the comments that say that big countries play different roles, when if you are smart enough to make a big move on the transfer market you can make such an imbalance on your own league and same things goes for Div II-III...

Giving more money to the lower divisions of the most competitive countries can´t change anything. As has been mentioned earlier this will just mean that the teams in those leagues have teams with higher salaries and still not making any profit on a weekly basis. How can this not be agreed upon by everyone and stop that part of this discussion?

And if you win the top division of the most competitive country, wouldn´t you need to have the team with the most balanced players getting the most out of every salary $?

Does playing in a not so competitive country equal to being a bad manager?

Gameshape and enthusiasm could be two things that managers from smaller countries could benefit from when playing in the BBB. Other than that, nothing is relevant to me. The only time teams from differents countries interact is when playing in BBB. That´s 2 teams from every country right?

If I or any other small country manager overpay on the transfer market, it hits everybody in italy the same way. Except for the very few teams that play in the BBB, as long as you have the same prerequisites as all other teams in your country, there is not much to complain about.

Some of the football references in this thread just made me want to comment on the ver y interesting first divisions you have in Spain and Italy. Maybe the solution should just be to give large amounts of money to two or three teams in your top divisions every year so those teams can be internationally competitive and nationally superior so they can focus on BBB. And the rest of the teams can stay poor and nationally super-competitive

I completly agree with you

they seem to dont realize they're just complaining about the competition that the lower divisions in large countries has reached

last season in division II I had to play the season with 0 income so I could go up,I think thats suposed to happen

maybe puting together samll countries in regions would make the game more fun and competitive for them too,and maybe it'd be a good thing for the market,as new teams would not be having huge incomes to spend wrong (almost everybody makes mistakes as a noob)

sorry about my english

Not long ago, my 20k forward was the MVP of the EBBL all-star game. IF you know what you're doing, you can pack in a *lot* of skills into the 20-30k salary range. I sold a 27k guard for 4mil earlier this season...

well, the thing that's really annoying is that since about 3-5 seasons you'd have to save at leaset 3-4 millions to get a good big man, but now these 120-150k Centers are just flying in the league for 2-2.5mio, that is a joke! Couple of weeks ago one had to save weeks and weeks and sell two players together to buy one better guy for 4.5mio, now every idiot who has 2mio can buy a 120k salary center... Frankly, i don't know a solution :/
