I agree they are mostly useless, but if I have 2 18 year olds that are 5 star skills and 5 star potential and their suggested position is shooting guard, and one of them shot 1-10 FG and 0-4 3FG while the other shot 15-19 FG and 6-6 3FG, well then there is no surprise as to which player I am listing first :P

The box scores are good for seeing what a player isn't good at. I look at Free throws and turnovers mainly. And personal fouls.

look im going to give up talking to you and shaq you never learn.

i actually play in div IV so you didnt even get that right.

and its safe to say i know alot more about this game then either of you.

plenty of good managers know the box score means nothing as ive all ready stated.

so ill just drop it , draft how you want.

That is exactly what you said. So, no you did not say that
um what???

Does this answer and/or correct your statement as stated above

no, not even close, an atrocious foul shooter can still hit 4 from 4. all my young players have pitiful foul shooting and you just used one as an example.
the box score DOES NOT mean anything as you DONT know the level of DEF there agaisnt.

for example take these 2 scouted players
1, 4 ball,bgrade,5 pot 18 2,4 ball,bgrade,5pot 18.
player 1 may have 6 turn overs be cause he has bad ball handling the other guy (player 2) may have 8 turnovers because he has respectable ball handling but was up against a tremendous outside def.
but you wont know until you draft your player.

so which would you draft ? the 6 turn over guy or the 8 turn over guy?
if going by box score you would get a pitiful ballhandler, if not you get the respectable one.
this is just one example of how the box score is highly unreliable and basically useless.

as i stated in the above post i wont be replying to you 2 guys again about this, ive said what i had to say, you take it as you will, learn from it or dont, not my problem.

I disagree that an atrocious FT shooter can make 4-4.
