B3 should be the reward for the manager that in the long run have build the best team affordable in BB world,not a competion for "the team that want to spend more money in a season"

definitely NO.
I just wanted to say that if you are already in semifinals of such a competition, you can afford to make some acquisitions for few weeks that would adversely affect your financial situation.
