So the drawn was withdrawn:

3/5/2012 8:05:00 PM 28 Singapore U21 -- 42 Nederland U21
3/12/2012 1:00:00 PM 76 Tounes U21 -- 28 Singapore U21
3/19/2012 5:30:00 PM 28 Singapore U21 -- 37 Lietuva U21
3/26/2012 1:00:00 PM 85 Cyprus U21 -- 28 Singapore U21

4/9/2012 5:00:00 PM 28 Singapore U21 -- 48 Kazakhstan U21

The draw is very good for our team and I think that we will have not any problems to win against: Tounes, Cyprus, Bahamas and Kazakhstan. Lietva are near by our team, but Nederland is good team. Unfortunately have not HCA agaisnt Lietuva but I expect 5 wins

Good Luck Benn

S19 Consolation Game 3 : Bouwen, Nederland put away at fourth to win 104-90

Being at road not always that easy, especially if opponent have a big thing in the middle.

After trailed 67-78 at the end of 3rd, Lu Jun Siong & Tung Wen Kok hit back to back threes, and Ip Kai Chung driving layup cut the deficit to 75-78. Singapore played close at entire 4th quarter with brilliant outing of Ip-Man, but finally run out spirit as the Dutches kept crashing the offensive boards for 2nd chance buckets, and Singapore had nothing to offer but foul to give, ended their charge with 90-104.

Lu Jun Siong led Singapore with 22pts, Ip-Man has 19pts, 6asts and 4steals with 9/12 FG. Tung Wen Kok collected 15 rebounds, played well to contain Nederland 150k bigman, held him to only 4/12 shooting. But it was Thieu Bouwen and Gideon Bergervoet that overpowered Singapore team. Bouwen had 25pts and 22rebs, Gideon scored 21 and 10.

Singapore will be back home on next week to host Tounes U21.

S19 Consolation Game 4 : Jantan 28 pts cruised Singapore for easy win over Tounes 99-48.

A much needed break after 3 competitive game, at least for Jantan, who were searching everywhere for his shooting touch. He finally found it.

Jantan sank 6 of 10 his 3 point attempts, rack up season high 28 pts to lead Merlions trample over the weaker Tunisia. Singapore charged strong since first quarter, and never looked back.

Ip Kai Chung has 14 pts and 5 asts, Pang Jun Wai booked 11 and 5 assists as well.

Next, Singapore will visit Lietuva for Game 5.

S19 Consolation Game 5 : Singapore crushed depleted home team Lithuania 103-79

Rare occasion. An expected tough road games for Singapore turned out to be the opposite.

After tied 48-48 on halftime, Singapore used the midway of 3rd quarter to take over the lead. And with Lithuanian only bigman, Benjaminas Tauscikas, fouled out, Singapore started the rout of home team, scored 32-16 at 4th to finish the game at 103-79. Ip Kai Chung was strong on 4th, scoring a baseline jumper, then a brilliant steal over Manigirdas Trumpius led for Pang Jun Wai breakaway dunk, capped the lead at 87-71. Lithuania hardly recover, and had to play with Singapore reserves at the end of the game.

Lithuania were missing several of key bigmen, as it shown very obvious the European juggernaut were outrebounded 58-39.

Ang Han Yao led Singapore with 23pts & 8rebs, Ahmad Islam & Rumi each scored 16, Sun Qingxian scored 12, and Ip-Man scored 11pts (5-7 FG) 7assits & 3steals.

Singapore will be back home to host Cyprus U21 on next week

S19 Consolation Game 6 : Cyprus scoreless at 1st quarter, Singapore bull ahead for 104-38 win.

The most appropriate to describe tonight's game, is, spirits comes from nowhere.

Placed as starter, Teo Han Da made immediate impact with his high energy that energized the team defense, which powered to a stunning 31-0 first quarter over Cyprus. Although being outscored 20-16 on 2nd, Singapore didn't stop attacking on 2nd half, made the game become one sided with 66 points victory.

Ahmad Islam & Ang Han Yao each scored 23 pts for Singapore. Sun Qingxian has 19pts and 8assts.

Still on favorable schedule, Singapore will host Bahamas U21 on next week Monday.
