I really like Bruno Panuccio. Not sure if I'd be selling yet. Pretty good deal on him.

Huh. Completely whiffed on my prediction and still pulled out the win.

Anybody planning on adding people for the playoffs? You know you want to hand the league to me. It's the polite thing to do.

Not I, but then I likely won't be in the playoffs anyway.
Will be interesting to watch the moves people make though, especially since it's more than just the winner of the league who will likely be promoting.

As long as the moves aren't insane, and aren't super old, then getting a jump on your next seasons roster is a good idea.

Well, generally you can get better prices on players for next season after the transfer deadline has passed. Plus I had planned to do a homegrown team when I started, and went slightly away from due to initial roster and getting two guys very cheaply. Thinking I may go back to my original plan. But sure, if I found a good deal on someone for next year, I'd be willing to make the purchase. But that is different than actively looking for new players to make a playoff run looking to advance.

I may do the reverse. If I finish the season with 1 loss, I'll sell off my entire roster. XD

Well, that's twice I've forgotten to set a lineup. The first time wasn't terrible, since it was a league game and my default lineup is probably close to my best competitive lineup so it only screwed up training. Yesterday though put a serious harm in my GS and threw a wrench in training again. Although I suppose when the book is written, I'll just say it was a punishment to my players for sucking against the Pancakes, so since the league won't let us run suicides in practice for seven hours, I figured I'd just play them until they dropped. In the end, a first round exit is a first round exit whether the GS is 9 or 4!

That's horrible. I expect more humane treatment of your players. Im setting my lineup on vacation.

Worse yet, it was a home game so you can't even blame it on somebody else picking a bad time for you. haha

You underestimate my ability to blame other people. I've already informed E.B.W. that it was his fault and that he should feel an appropriate amount of shame. But, yeah, it was just a total foul up. Worst part is that I was on and clicked over to this team a few hours before the game, but didn't check my lineup like I usually would.
