Until now, I still don't get why training alone (against a wall) in passing trains faster than training in tandem

It's not with a wall. Single position you throw the ball to a coach, who tells you what you did right or wrong and you get the next ball from the rack. Two position means you throw the ball to a teammate, who tells you what you did right or wrong, and then wait for him to throw it back and tell him what he did right or wrong. Anything you can do, two can do slower! ;)

Second Team:
Havířov Miners
I like this addition - it could make training a little bit more fun.

I think it's useful when you have a SF and you don't want to train him out of position for the week, because you need to win (finals and relegation anyone?) and you don't want to train 1v1 or JS forwards. The change doesn't harm anyone, it just gives extra options so we should be thankful.

Thanks for announcing the news in advance and not after the season started, when I've made long-term plans and sold out half of the team not expecting training to be changed. (fubar) (finger) (fail).

Yes, those long-term plans of selling off three young, trained and still probably trainable players to buy two players who are already old enough to have skill drops is crippled by adding new, slower training options.

I've made strong criticism about the game, but is only fair, to praise when something is done in the right direction. And it has.

This new changes are clearly a change on the right direction. If i had to design how training works, it would be similar to this. It makes sense. And it will be helpfull in the future i am sure.

As a new feature, i understand being conservative about the penalty %, but i do thing they are a bit too harsh. Having centers training -50% than Pg on passing or pressure (exemple) is too much in my opinion. I think the penalty should be around 30% to 40% to centers compares do PG, and PG compared to centers.
Maybe something like: 100% - 85% - 75% - 70% - 65% would be better in my opinion. (for single position)
This would still prevent for having players like 14-14-14-14-14-14-17-17-17 but still be a very valid option to multiskilled your players.

Anyway, i'm happy, even if i'm not going to use this trainings for now, because i finally see something being doing to actually improve the game.

Keep up the good work.

PS: And really like to see the scrimmage finder, which i also talked about.

Perhaps I would have sold one of the two of my newly drafted 18-year-old MVP's and retained one of my still trainable shooting guards.

So, basically, a player you decided you didn't want to train at full speed suddenly becomes more valuable to you because he can be trained at a slower speed? And not only more valuable, but more valuable enough to affect a long-term plan?
