I applaud your efforts in coming in and running for this position, well done. It takes balls to throw your name in the ring of a different country and try and win them over.
I don't think debating over the ideal SF is a worthwhile activity to be honest. Everyone is going to be personalised, and the context of offense range hasnt been set. Your SF will work great in a variety of offenses, and enable run and gun to work well, and better inside, i like it. It shows you know what you are talking about and have considered a "one stop shop" SF for all offenses.
As an NT coach, it is quite often choosing an offense and strategy that will suit the players skills given to you. At my u21 level, the players are young and you can work with a players skill development as you may see 12-15 pops a season still. Our NT players are popping a few times a season each? They have already trained the skills. Id rather see a healthy debate that demonstrates working with a set of players skills to use an offense that will attack the opponents weakness. So i think we are getting a little sidetracked...
