I know how you feel. But its this kid that keeps me logging in. If I had got a dud in that draft I think I might of gone by now.

Thats great mate. I remember the excitement of training from 18 up my two guards (Marcelo Hot Rod Rodriguez and Johnny Can Do Dogan) to their respective u21 nt squads. They took me to div II but i wasnt ready and although we finished top 4 in first season i didnt give them great support and, even though they were about $90k and $105k respectively, they wouldnt have started if id made it to the ABBL. I knew then i needed to rethink my run from III to I. Trouble is, i never found myself motivated enough after selling those two. Too hard basket.

Maybe training some bigs will get me excited again. Problem is i only managed to grab PA and MVP trainees. Not good enough. But i can still have some fun

Rodriguez was only a PA so, while they cap faster, i can still build an ok big i think...

I purchased back a G I trained to 21 NT this season. I sold him when I knew I could not do well in ABBL with current core. Sold up and banked some cash and got some draftees and trainees as a result.

My first good trainee played 2 season in 21 NT and was a back up in ABBL. Had I made ABBL the season after I think I would of stayed. Was just a huge season with no tankers that season in ABBL.

See how development goes the next couple of seasons and if there is anything to buy I really want with my cash.

I've been in this game for 22 seasons now and have only reached II. Not good enough. Although I havent taken BB seriously for the last 12 or so seasons...time to sort my shit out. lol

Well, I'm going to sell everything and look out for aussie 18 yr old bigs MVP+ Will see how I go. If nothing then I will wait until next season. No rush.

I tried many seasons ago to go all natural with only Aussies on my roster. Think I might try that again.

Yeh I made ABBL once. For one season.
Doubt I will back there in a rush. Don't really want to until my main 2 trainees are further along.

Core of my bigs. Will need to buy some Gs to help them out one day, Younger 2 were draftees and Olaf I purchased.
Keen to draft a guy who plays 21 NT and NT. Think Gillies will do that.

Some nice youngsters there, Mickyster. Gillies is a stud and that HOF potential gives him an awesome shot at both NTs. I'd throw in a couple of passing pops if you can (don't want to tell you how to train...obviously you don't need my help in that regard) and Olaf is already a very good 21 yr old. I really like your 3rd guy. Fantastic height and primaries as an 18yr old. Shame he is only PA but PAs can still have an impact in Div II.

Nice work mate.

Yes was if the 3rd guy was superstar it would of been much more useful. ut he should be a 50k back up big.

I so want to do OD and Passing for them all. But need to build gillies primary's up a bit more for 21 NT and then get onto them.

Should give me a core of bigs that can play at the top level. Also once the 3rd guy is capped I will be looking for a G to train that the other 2 can join in with and build their outside game.

Thinking 18s for primary big skills for gillies. Should see him a key NT player but will need to be in ABBL to afford him.
