I hope this decision has nothing to do with the changing of my players GS from 7 to 9 (for all of them) which you just did, cause that is not even a solution.

So, my fix was an imperfect one. It's pretty hard to do a proper fix in systems as complex as this. Let me try and explain what happened, how we fixed it and where we failed. And how we fixed the original fix.

First, due to a bug, training ran twice for Greece and Turkey. To make matters worse, the second run was run after what we call a training reset, which sets player minutes back to 0. This made the second run completely mess up the GS, which we fixed for all affected teams. This fix was less than ideal and it failed to update the DMI, which has no effect on match performance but people rely on it to gauge player development and form. We fixed that now so you can update your records.

But then I made another mistake and ran some code in the end of the fix that affected only teams that trained GS, and it actually artificially lowered their GS for some of the players. Some teams were affected more, some less, the example you guys provided had it worst (all players with GS 7 ). Now, this was not obvious immediately (as not all teams were affected) so we let the games run and these teams have played matches with the GS lowered. We only recognized the scope and specifics of the problem yesterday and were contemplating and discussing ways of fixing this mistake for a long time into the night. Finally, it was decided to fix their GS and artificially boost the GS of the players of the teams that trained GS and lost their Saturday matches. This was done today, not more than an hour ago.

Now, we know this is, again, not the best solution but it does help compensate the affected team a little bit. We, especially I, are very sorry this happened. I still feel terrible about it and will be more careful in the future and never rush fixes again. I could have postponed games even further and have more time to do the fixes properly without rush and probably, the mistakes done. Lesson learned.

Hello, and how this "compensation" will give me back the only chance i had to remain in the current division, when i lost a game by 3 points which i definately woud have won,and all effort and strategy of this season was for nothing. Sorry thats not enough for me or my friends, you see i m 58 yo and i m not going to wait to be 60 to return to II division. Unless you have something better and real, good bye everyone!!!

Oh and btw what about the next opponents who will have to deal with a full powered team when they ll probably won't be, isn't that unfair for them? You cant fix something by creating new problems!

In regard to the DMI issue, personally and on behalf of the Hellas NT, THANK YOU!

Now, if there is a possible better solution for Aristos' case(for both his previous and next match), even if it requires a lengthy delay of games or other inconvenience, i would request you strongly consider it.

For instance, GS(and DMIs) looked fine, on several greek teams i managed to check, before the first re-run in Greece and Turkey.
If there's a technical capability to re-run Oldschool's Saturday match and if you have a log of the initial Friday training data, maybe you could manually input these first GSs in Oldschool's players and play the match again as well as Tuesday's?

We cannot rerun matches as that sets a very bad precedent, sorry. We can only do what we have done already and I apologize again for the mess, but it is what it is.

Beside the weekly Training, the afternoon's pop ups have remained the same without the arrows still now. Also a questionmark about the quality of the training because i focused at the field of rebounding for C/PF and I got one pop up for a center in the field of outside shooting and one drop in stamina for another center. Still the arrows missing!!!

Well, I think I was affected. I lost a game(that I assumed I will loose anyway) but with a big difference!!!
And now I can see my next opponent has all his players GS9 that it cannot be true... he had very bad game shape until hours ago. I am sorry but I cannot see how this cannot make things worst.

At the Saturday's match, my players had 9 GS but the players' DMIs were for 6 GS and bellow. The specific game day should be cancelled. I had different DMIs at Friday's night and different during the game, I realised that when I open the website to see the game. On Monday the DMIs changed again like at Friday. Crazy.

We cannot schedule anything like this.

Just cancel last Saturday's games.

I agree with you, sirsak!!! Saturday's games must be canceled.

We set our teams on the basis of the DMIs we saw at that time and this led us to an erroneous appreciation of our opponents.
