Check out the Coach Parrot excel sheet because it contains a tab called Coach, where you can select pre-built training programs or create one for your player(s). Coach parrot will generate weekly training focus for you based off optimal elastic effect and I have yet to see it recommend 1vs1 F for an entire season.

Appreciate your information. Always interested in hearing best training methods especially for my trainees who are 6-4 to 6-6.

Ehi pro, I want to add something on that. In the sense that in that tool you have to give priority by hand to a single training, like 1on1, since Coach Parrot doesn't take into account elastic effects when proposing and planning a long period training... It takes into account elastic effects only when calculating decimals gained after the training . This as far as I know reading the help sheet...

I read from Parot monolog that all his calculations are based on ratings... So that simulation will give you best options for making better ratings/players salary: http://prntscr.com/j63bip
so you will get higher raitng for that position and that wont mean anything... So you are free to train however you like...

Yes all the goals I use have way more than 20 in multiple skills. I use it to change the priority given to each skill as it is based on the gap between the actual skill and the goal.
