Well, I think he answered before I do, regarding his behavior in the last week, it's seems like he´s doing it not for a good reason.
There are 6 managers on the pit but just one of them got XP analysis :). No problem at all.

Communication is a matter and (if I win the election) I´ll try to improve it, with all of the involved here. I can´t talk so much about it until I´ve got the chance to prove it.
Seems it will be difficult but I trust everyone (or almost) wants to make our NTs better.

I am acceptable about your point of views. And I am willing to help new manger whoever. And who will no chance to get this election, dont worry next will be your turns. All the best and be active and be thinking positive. We need to train our trainees well and support our flag.
