I do not search to be a reliable source. I do share some experience. I certainly do not have time to convince anybody, it's a waste of time. Period. Nor did i say that you should not train the usual way.

And I do not try to be accurate as i use @CoachParrot formulae and a rule of thumb.That worked fine for me so far. And sometimes i try something out of the usual path.

Is there any reason people going for a defensive big with passing would want to train DR apart from pops in handling and potential negative elastic effect?
In other words, does it matter whether DR itself is, for example, 8 or 12?

driving also trains a fair amount of js (and is when training forwards) what eats potential (and salary)

guess this is the main aspect

recently I dealt with this problem and I choose to train 1on1 GUARDS, that does NOT train IS, only JS
