Based on the foregoing, is it possible to conclude that managers are in unequal conditions? Someone was lucky and he hired a coach 9 salary 20000, anyone not fortunate salary and the same coach - 24000? Sorry for my English.

its like this,

we cant say overall that every staff skills are the same. but those who are hiring are looking for a certain trait or attitude or accomplishment in those applicants.

this as we can say point out in bb world is their level of skill.

now in any job applicants they have their own range or amount of salary wanted, but in any line of work of whatever position there is a range in the salary that can is given for that profession again depending on the competency one offers.

so every applicants salary prices differs from this :D

I can't wait for the new staff sistem... because the existing one is so bad... You just have to wait for the better coach than the one you have, and to hope his skill level will not drop soon...
Any news on how is it going to be implemented?

does wage maybe have something to do with when a coach decreases a level?...i don't think every lvl 9 or 8 or anything has had the same wage when u first hire them
