I've trained JS for 4 weeks now with a level 10 coach and only the guards.

My experience is the following:

JS 1,5-2 weeks
JR 4 weeks
DV 1 pop after 4 weeks
HN no pops so far

Same here with Guard et SG.

Someon can confirm me that Passing train HN too ?

I would also like to know if someone has had a pop in IS using one on one. I have't trained it for too long yet (2-3 weeks maybe), but i would sure like to see a pop in IS.

JS, HN and DV i can confirm pop using One on One.

Rebounding
C/PF:
Trains RB @ 2-3 weeks
Trains ID @ 4-5 weeks
Trains IS @ 4-5 weeks

I've been training RB since 30 November (with one week off for stamina). Based on my results, the RB training is accurate for players over 20. It is much faster (about 1-2 weeks) for players 20 and younger.

I have been training the same 4 guys the entire time, and my results are as follows:

19yo:
11/30 respectable RB
(12/14 stamina)
12/27 strong RB
1/3 proficient RB

20yo:
11/30 average RB
(12/14 stamina)
12/20 respectable RB
1/3 strong RB, respectable IS
1/10 proficient RB

23yo:
11/30 average RB
(12/14 stamina)
12/27 respectable RB
1/10 strong RB

24yo:
12/7 average RB
(12/14 stamina)
1/3 respectable RB

Training (with trainer level in parenthesis)
11/30 Rebounding C/PF (9)
12/7 Rebounding C/PF (9)
12/14 Team Stamina (9)
12/20 Rebounding C/PF (9)
12/27 Rebounding C/PF (8)
1/3 Rebounding C/PF (8)
1/10 Rebounding C/PF (8)

After 6 weeks of Rebounding, I've experienced only one pop to either Inside Shot or Inside Defense. This suggests that the increase of training speed effects only primary skills, not secondary skills. Your previous research suggested that when training RB, the time expected to pop in IS or ID was ~7-8 weeks. I plan to continue in RB for two more weeks, and will post any results here (this will likely carry over into next season, as I'm rather doubtful of making the finals).

I had to notice the same problem with the secondary skills. After Training 7 weeks Rebounding, only 50% of my guys had a skillup in ID or IS. And what was especially frustraiting, was the fact that the old ones were the ones who had a skillup :-(.

-> trainingspeed is higher than 4-5 weeks for secondaries.

Unfortunately i changed to IS, so i can't offer the correct timespan for more than one skillup!

Sorry but the training time for a pop is not related also to the height of the player? At the moment I don't have anything to study this aspect of the training cause I've changed often the skill trained. Do u know something more about it?

Someon can confirm me that Passing train HN too ?

Absolutely. I trained Passing (PG) for the first time this week and had pops in Passing, Driving, and Handling.
