for me a 2-3 good informations enough, but what is with team in inactive leagues, who even could gamble with 40k investments today?

With your system, you get maybe no more usefull infomation with the step betwen ten and 20k and very good infos with 5k. And this is also bad, because it makes the whole range nearly senseless.

who is in an incative league is lucky,he could spendo 5k week and draft the best player

This system would be however randomized and it doesn't change so much the actual drafting system,evaluating the expenses for the scouters

"The proposal is that the probability of a second observation will depend from the result of the first observation
For example:
- a player with 5 star rating has the 60% of probability of a second observation
- 4 star 40%
- 3 star 25%
- 2 star 15%
- 1 star 5%"

he posted this suggestion in english forum too, when you decrease the number of picks too it will be fine - maybe even more then actual to made the 20 and 40k system more attractive ;)

Because the overall quality is less system because of the view picks the expense draft seems to be more "workable".

I dont' agree about reducing the number of picks.This would be a compromise to convince the people who think that actual system is good(without showing any kind of argument...)as you,to have better second information,which is the way to transform draft in an attractive thing.Infact less information wasn't insert in the proposal made in italian forum,because the most part of the users agree with that

in a atraktive thing for people who pay nothing or 5k without any argument ;)

For me they only add to add other arguments in the rules, to make the current thing realistic. Like that the double viewed make a try out(where you don't get everytimes the best), or comes from your local region.

The #1 thing that needs to be changed with a new draft option is that the people that pay more for better draftees should be able to see the second stats of better players. Right now, people are paying minimum and getting big-time drafts! This is not fair for the people that are paying a lot of money. (I am not bias, since I only spent 10K per week.)

what kind of thought is that?So,if for example the GE will be bugged,they have only to explain to thte people"hey,the Ge is buggy,don't worry" and not working to make it better?

The results are one thing, but beeing able to more actively monitor/manage the scouting process would be a major lift in the overall game experience. How great would it not be to see "this weeks scouting reports" and "total scouting reports", so we have a whole year to decide on the draft pick order. Perhaps adding the boxscore for both the first and second scouting.

Draft was thought for filling the off-season period,taking weekly scouting reports is a not quiclky change and it requests a great amount of time.We need first a general improvement of the actual system,that's possible to make in a relatively short-time and then,BBS could think for a totally new system...

why is it buggy? Would you first explain that, it was the target from beginning to contribute that randomly ;)

Are you joking?It was an example.You said that the actual drafting process is good and said in your previous post that BBs only have to change the rules for explaining better the process.the actual drafting process is not good,for the reasons that I,Newton,BlacKMouse (in other thread) and other users showing,but it's not an issue that you can solve simply changing two lines in the rules section
