When u pick a country in the world map (World -> Countries) u see the id of that country in the adress-bar. Estonia has id 41 for example.

The Draft-Process starts with ID=1 (USA), then ID=2 (Argentina), and so on.
So, with ID=46, you need much patience, even if the first US-Uses start to talk about their new players :-)
