i suppose there's a misunderstanding here :)a injury reduced to less than a week doesn't carry over after the game, so it is true that the level of doctor reduce the number of long-term injuries (by long term i mean not only for the game); but the injury still happened and lasted for the game (or less, in case of succesful specialty doc)but the number of injuries in the match is indipendent from the level of the doctor. that's what i get from charles post.
