That's our business. If noone has enough funds to buy such a player we have to save him by calling into NT roster and then wait for another listing/boting as such a player can't be fired. But I don't expect such a conspiracy as almost noone believes our way can be successfull.

I think it's upon each country community to take care well of their players. Any BB-staff actions are for me unacceptable at all even if it could happen for my country. If it happens for czech player it's just my fault (as NT manager) and I don't expect any BB-staff action. And the same I expect for any other country players. To make it clear I don't recommend any manager to make any sabotage.

how would you act if some farm or veteran team starts tank for 4 seasons (as we have few 30M+ teams here) and then just decide to ruine half of NT Czech squad becose he is mad at czech communitie´s forum talk, whining or whatever? are you and your community able to save your players? nothing is black or white just to find the transparent and fair way..

How? If there is no way how to obtain those players, at least until someone decides we (who have some of them) sabotage their game shape that is, there is hardly anything he/she could do.

And we have been attack before. We called up a player just because a suspicious bidder. As the player was save, he immediately re-appeared on transfer list as that team didn't really want him when he couldn't be fired.

Transparent way is having clear rules. As it has been now (pre-this thread).

Is there any need to repeat the same things again and again? I think everyone got your point.
Thanks.

What do you want? Shopuld we move with the discussion to global forum? Justz say so. I think this should get as mauch attention as it can cause Charles comments are really serious and game changing in that manager won't have full control over their players and that things can be judged by made up rules written nowhere. That should be cleared and this is not repeating things all over again. Please let Charles solve this himself.

Don't know if anything similar has been suggested before, but how about some adjustments of the rules:

- a player is considered a NT player if he is on the current roster OR has played at least one NT match during the last 16 weeks
- a player can only be fired after at least seven days, meaning at least after one financial update (similar to the new rule of players needing to stay at least four days before re-put on the transfer market)

This could not solve the problem, but perhaps somehow weaken it...

If a NTplayer has 3 games a weak - 48 minutes each - is it a sabotage ? Many managers use NT players this way)

firing good players instead of selling them and earning some cash is simply a bad behaviour and it can turn the game into a firing war..
here's how to prevent it..
when you press the "fire" button, the player becomes listed at $ 1 000 and if he doesn't get any bids until the end of the auction, he automatically retires..
we don't have to think about some "grey" rules in this case..

Nice idea, hope someone takes it in consideration...

I also think that this is the best solution so far - and easy enough to understand for everyone.

I was a bit busy because of U21 for a while and have read this thread now.

as I was the NT assistant since season 15 I would say that Iman Hemmati is our key player and has never been out of roster!
also your compatriot somehow mentioned that and apologized.

we lost Iman Hemmati just before the game. and lack of him caused our lose against Canada and I don't know why you are offending like this. I hope you get the right point of this thread and do not extend your mistake by another mistake.

Respect

If he was on NT roster then this all is a bug and I'm sorry for misunderstanding. If he wasn't, I'd stand behind what I said,
