Good post, but i thought the supporter was someone that trained SB and had some results to show, not just theory...

Honestly it was quite easy to find someone who did not support SB, but it was pretty hard to find someone who supported SB and not just because they wanted to have a different opinion then the majority of the BB population. Also, its not like Bballin (no offense) has any evidence as for why not to train it, because I'm sure he's never trained it himself. The majority of people have no solid evidence to prove their theory, no matter which side they support. It's all a matter of opinion really.

I trained it once when I first joined, and I got an SB and REB pop. Not bad, but I think I got lucky that week.

Well, today i was able to do my first test with zones and SB now that i have my german PF back.

There the skill price case is pretty clearly again (+1). Good luck with your project! I'm propably gonna train some SB to my guards after all the outside skills.
However, this dicussion should perhaps continue in the SB thread...
