Seriously (?) to me, BB is an escape, is a cool way to have fun with people all over the world. Now, I'd really like to promote this season, that would be pretty cool too. =)

could you write a press release for your nt team? then it is on main team page

Just a simple point: I agree that you can be frustrated that he is "lying" or false advertising..But if that was the case for a serious punishment than all of our politicians were in jail and/or subjected to penalties:)

Additionally very often we can't recognize lies. For example few seasons ago in Poland was debate about mutants in our NT. And part of members claimed that this player (6171396) shouldn't play in our NT, whilst other part claimed that he is still useful. He has only green or black skills ;-) And of course if NT coach would become user from first group then this player would have no chance to play in NT. If elections would won by user from 2nd group then he would be still NT player. And now please imagine that one day before end of elections owner of this player would write advertisement that he is future NT player. Then depending of result of elections he would be liar or not ;-)
Crazy ;-) Statement whether it is lie or not should be independent of who is NT coach ;-)
Finally this player was useful for our NT but he was to weak to survive ;-)
I know it wasn't obvious case and sometimes it's easier to recognize that player has no chance to play in NT/U21. But rules should work properly always, not sometimes ;-)
I know system isn't perfect but it isn't reason to create bad rules ;-)

General case is important, not specific case. And You want to change general rule. We can't create bad rule in general only because of specific case. It's elementary.

We can't penalize other managers only because U21 or NT coach think that player is too weak. There is no guarantee that NT coach is right. The most succesfull managers in this game have opinions and ideas different than 99% of all managers in this game ;-)

So I still consider that it is only Your opinion that this player is too weak. Maybe Your are right, maybe You are wrong. We can't be 100% sure that other U21 coach wouldn't call him ;-) For example (if I were Japan U21 coach) I could call him only to prove it ;-)
Even if You are right, it is possible that in similar situation manager of different NT/U21 would be wrong. And therefore we can't penalize managers because we have no guarantee that in next case NT/U21 coach will be right.

You are U21 coach so it is Your privilege not to call him. But there is risk that You will make wrong decision. There can't exist risk that Your (in specifc case or every other NT/U21 coach in general case) will make wrong decision and therefore other managers will be penalized.

If You want to create new rule You must always consider how it will work in different cases. It's essence of problem, not this player.

It's hard to say which skills are important. You said that this player has weak SB. But many users claim that SB aren't important ;-)
Maybe he has weak JS - but JS isn't important too - I remember Your topic "Why oh why Your JS is so high?" ;-) And of course every succesfull U21/NT play only LI ;-)
In the same way JR isn't important too. ID as well (Silverbacks). Bad OD? No problem because every opponent plays LI, not RnG ;-) For every skill I can find few managers from 1st division who claim that this skill isn't important ;-)

Disagree. Nobody is NT/U21 coach forever ;-) And there is no guarantee that U21/NT coach has good knowledge about skills of future NT/U21 players ;-) And please consider that our knowledge about engine still changes. 3 seasons ago manager who set guard without IS/ID/RB/SB in lineup as C was called fool ;-) Now the same maneuver is called like "great tactical choice" ;-)
Please imagine situation that somebody discovers another solution which works only with players who are considered as weak by all other managers ;-)

No. Because in this way You could say to Your league opponents (by external messenger) that they have players which have chance to play in U21. Then they would create propoer advertisement. Then You could say that these players have no chance ;-) And Your league opponents will be fined ;-)
It doesn't matter whether You are going to do that or not. It only matters that it is possible. And it is enough ;-)
AFAIK You are supporter of conspiracy theories of world ;-) You should know, that in my theory, everybody, who is talking about conspiracy theories, is element of cospiracy ;-)
