I'm not sure I'm following what you are saying.

I am saying your suggestion makes sure that a clear majority of teams that are considered the best at that league level will not promote, while a number of weak teams at said league level can fairly easily promote since they play against a subset of other weak teams. That is not a healthy league system.

Users that are demoted should pay for being demoted (so they will stop tanking), and what is more important, the leagues needs balance. That is not achieved by current system.

Your suggestion does not achieve balance, just refer to (212505.8) which explains your suggestion in practice. Not all teams that demote are tanking. Teams that demote get a considerably smaller income compared to their previous season. This is already the case. Tanking is a separate topic, definitely not something that should be tried to block by designing the league structure.

All that is plain better than just having tankers going back and forth to their higher division, and pilling more money while causing the user that seeing that to find the game incompetitive and leave the game.

No, it is not better. It is terrible as shown by the example. Tanking is a separate topic, it is not an aspect of league structure design.

This is the reason that the BB-community just does not grow.
Again;
A user who is tanking should pay for that, or understand the grave consicouences.

Again, a separate topic.

Funny enough - in the new proposed Pini system, tankers actually get rewarded. There might actually be tankers getting PROMOTED if the leagues are distributed the Pini way, while plenty competing teams will get demoted.

In addition, the Pini way of distributing teams will lead to a firesale at the end of the season, so every team will end up in a bad league. That´s the opposite of any reasonable franchise play.

That would depend on how financial assets and player assets are valued to rank the teams. But, yes, at least in theory, bleeding out money through the "sales taxes" and then buying new players at the start of the season could be a winning strategy to earn promotion. It is a weak suggestion.

since i loose money every season, like nearly all teams in my league who play competive. tanking as a way to build up asset would be the way to promote, and maybe tanking a 3/4 season and then buying asset(players/arena) would be a road to promote even when you are a just a relegation team.

not to forget about the impossibility to value a roster. I am really curious that there is even a discussion here.

'm about to make a fund raising for you and all the div-1 teams.
Who are you trying to lie and fool?

noone what about u?

I found that user, and "amazingly" he is placed 7th at that conference.

we got a superpower come 2 our division with 20m in the bank, camel is smart 2 tank

Because you've brang other users example, now we will look at yours;
Here are the last four players you sold, and the price they had been bought by:
Darius Black Sold Unbelievable Magic 2/13/2012 $ 383 200
Ryan Brown Sold TORRAOS 2/13/2012 $ 500 000
The first two are draftees - a plain clean profit of 883K.

u really suck @ maths dude

darius
1st salaries darius was @ least 10k a season 4 2 seasons = 280k + 5k 4 a season = 70k + 3k 4 a season =42k + 2kk 4 a season scouting 2 find him = 280k + his share of training costs for the 2 seasons he was trained = about 500k for the lev 6 trainer + 30k a week x 28 weeks divided by 3 trainees = roughly 500k

total cost to scout & train darius & pay 4 him while he sucked & couldnt do anything 4 the team = $1.2 million
sold him 4 400k
= loss of about 800k

ryan
salaries were much cheaper 1 season x 3k = 42k & 1 season x 5k = 70k, + for him he was 1 of 2 guys i found through scouting that season so 140k, & finally about 500k for trainer purchase & 28 x 30+k for trainer weekly wages both divided by 3 = roughly 500k
cost to scout & train ryan = 750k
sale =500k
= loss 250k

The third:
Barlas Karahan Sold silver ducks 2/13/2012 $ 600 000
Barlas Karahan Bought FC Buraking 12/17/2009 $ 190 700 [400K profit]

this 1 is much harder to calculate seeing as he was trained to a high enough standard he contributed to the team as a starter but again i bought him as a raw rookie

he played his first ever game 4 me & i trained him from a 4k rookie 2 a 28k starter

costs r very hard to calculate here, back then i always did 2 position training & used lower level trainers like lev 4

but u know he was on my team since the 1st game of season 11 until season 19 i & i added value from a 5k rookie to a 28k starter really dont see that as a day trade with a simple profit of 400k & noone but u will

So, on those last transaction you've earned 1,180,000$.
This does not count the revenue you get due to the Arena, etc.
Piling up indeed.

so the summary of ur position is again very simple

wrong
