Since title of the thread implies this is general U21/NT suggestions thread, I'll add one myself.
BB-Mail. Back when I wasn't a U21 coach yet, it already caused me a headache or two. Now it's pure chaos. During one season span (14 weeks), I send out about 300-400 mails and receive around 200. BB mail could feature numerous improvements, but most of them would serve U21 and NT coaches only. So I'll name only one that could help also other users: To be able to show mail exchange between two users like in Gmail or Android (basically like a chat). This will help greatly the users who own U21 and NT players and prospects.
It will also help mentors and their "students" who exchange a lot of mails through the course of few seasons. To have them ordered chronologically in one place, it helps a lot!
