6 EBBL teams left in the cup definitely seems the lowest I've ever seen at this stage. Will be interesting to see who focuses on it and how early they sacrifice a league game (or two).
I tried my best to stay in, I put in a crunch at this stage! One 19y old trainee, Ando, 2 just about EBBL bigs and a nostalgia backup standard former draftee that I overpaid for (played most of the game after the injury to Ward) just weren't enough. CWA have a really good team for d2 though, will be dangerous for anyone.

Nice buy on that PG btw Gully. Was it an alarm clock special? It's been a while since I did that...My 5.40am bid was after waking up to some iplayer nonsense still playing in my earphones. Mistimed it by 50 minutes!

Lets just say I was awake at the right time. A sort of Christmas time disrupted sleep pattern thing. Definitely got a bargain.
