Lol I think you are but I don't think you will beat Bobos
but the trick is, get one of his SGs into foul trouble, then he will be in trouble because he only has 2 guards. Put your best Shooter at SF and he iwll have a shooting spree cause he has no Sfs.
I put this here hoping Bobos will try and put one of his guards at SF and i'll keep my shooters at pg/sg haha =P
just somehow get them into foul trouble and you should win..

Hehe, I think you are the team to beat, though without the home court advantage it is tougher.

If you plan to buy/replace a couple of outside guys before the transfer deadline, you can win against Bobos I believe. It would be great to see both of your strategy when you play against each other then :)

edit: to Manhattan Beach.

actually i think the better series to watch will be bobo's and apollos in the semis..
Apollos is the team to watch for, i think they have a real shot.

Hmmm Bobo's has been down here for a couple of seasons. Don't quite know what they are doing - but they are certainly better collectively than they were at the beginning of the season.

I agree with their page though - Stay healthy - the healthiest team will win

Taking notes

I will take the compliment considering I wasn't even supposed to make the Playoffs this year.

wasn't supposed to make the playoffs? according to who? lol

you've only lost 1 game of the season, and that was the very first game. Since then you've gone on a 20 game win streak.
I think after the first 10 wins it was decided that you were going to at least make the playoffs.

according to me. then again the only thing shittier than my predictions is my team

buying the three new trianees for 500k each has been an unmitigated fiasco

well look at their heights...
6'3, 6'5 and 6'8. not good at all if your wanting to train centers lol.
6'8 would be the shortest i'd go.

they had center skills. i am training them in guard skills to make them good sf's... so they have say proficient in inside d, rebounding, inside scoring, jump shot, driving etc

its been a huge blow though to find an optimal training program. i underestimated how badly id have to deviate from an optimal lineup to get good training, and i regret my decision

by the way that would be anear perfect training program for a new team, if you wanted to make a ton of money and weren't worried about winning every game

Good luck with that ... I tried to go the SF route the last two seasons and all it did was retard my team's growth substantially. Was having problems getting a 6'5" to train inside skills worth a damn, and a 6'6" player to train guard skills was even worse. Live and learn I suppose.
