Agree with Manon. Also consider the pace of the offense based on your team's stamina. To play a high tempo offense you do need your key players to have a good amount of them. Stamina is the energy level that affects the performance on the court.

For example:

Fast pace, low stamina -- your coach will sub your players out quite frequently unless you choose a strict player rotation option. If they stay on long on the court with low stamina without resting they will start to perform badly as the game goes on longer. But subbing frequently is not that bad, to be honest I love my starters getting 30~ minutes per game as it helps with getting a good/decent gameshape the week after.

Another thing to know about pace is that if you play a stronger team, it's recommended to slow down the tempo of the game. Less possessions give you a better chance of keeping the game close (in a way gives you a better chance to nick the win).

This is all I can think of right now.

Looking to make him into a great PG who has some offensive skills. I am going to train passing to prominent, then what should I train next? I'm hopeful he will make either U21 or NT team.

U should train 1 on 1 @ SF spot as SF gets little more pop-ups and faster than on PG spot. You should also contact your local NT manager and ask what he thinks you should train next.

JR and Passing need to go up... ur JS and HA are on a good level, and OD is really good.. but get that JR and Passing in there :) Also try to trow in a stamina pop or 2, will reduce his PF. Also his GS is just at level 6 (avarage), because you make him play too many minutes.. try to get him to play between 48-60 minutes every week. From my own experience 48 minutes will get him at level 8, 55-60minuten will get him to level 9. This should normally in some (unconfirmed) way help his training.

After passing, train Js to 12 then driving to 12 and then Jr to 10 or 11 and then handling to 10 and after that again passing to 12
