Training Game Shape is only a marginal help and can't correct a completely wrong management of your player's minutes.

In case you haven't read it anywhere before: In order to maintain your players' game shape, they have to play around 50-70 minutes (there are different opinions about the perfect number) per week (Saturday to Friday).
That should lead to game shapes of 8-9 which is pretty good.

I've just checked some of your best players (salary-wise) and their minutes played this week:
Zgura: 33 + 38 + 42 = 113
Marquez: 39 + 48 + 47 = 134
Aaporo: 40 + 48 + 48 = 136

Even training game shape won't help in these cases. (Their GS is at 4...)

Try to give every player a reasonable number of minutes per week and you will see that there's no need to train game shape anymore.

Cheers
Andi

Which players are yuo referring to specifically?

I've just had a look at 4 guys with bad game shape and checked the minutes they've played since Saturday:

Zivica: 35 + 40 + 41 + 48 = 164 (!!!)
Lila: 48 + 47 = 95
Zaniboni: 13 + 34 + 44 = 91
Stjepanovic: 35 (and that was his first match since 2 weeks)

So these 4 guys either had way too many minutes or by far not enough. I'm not surprised that they have a bad game shape.

Only Hakanen played a good amount of minutes:
26 + 48 = 74
But the 88 minutes he playedin the week before, explain that he has only a 7.

If you'd like me to have a look at other guys, just let me know.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

Dude... from where did you get those 164???

Mate, in my buzzercontrol says this: (because I can't see my last week data anymore in the Website).

Down:
- Terho: 48+26 = 74 (-1 GS) ????
- Mijahlo: 35 (-1 GS Pretty understandable)
- Melo: 48+23 = 71 (-1 GS) ????
- Lila: 48+47 = 95 (-1 GS Also understandable)
- Sabogal: Never mind
- Ballesteros: Never mind
- Briceno: Never mind
- Fuentes: Never mind
- Duran: 40+35 = 75 (-1 GS) ????
- Zaniboni: 47+44 = 91 (-1 GS Understandable)

Pop up:
- Blaiotta: 48+13+9 = 70 (+1)
- Milingen: 3+7+65 = 75 (+1)

No changed:
- Rolon: 35+39+4 = 78 (What happened here?)
- Quito: No played
- Zannirato: 9+35 = 44 (Understandable + lucky)
___________

Thanks for ur help

Aim for 60 to 72. A more flexble amount would be 48 to 75. But anything outside this or near the edges is prone to stay the same or drop. But there is a random factor involved. I have had a player play 100+ minutes and not lose GS. And I've had a 90+ min player gain GS.

Anything is possible, but if you manage your minutes between 60 and 72 you will average 8 - 9 GS most of the season.

From this:

09.01. (18763563) 48 minutes
12.01. (18763567) 41 minutes
13.01. (18139845) 40 minutes
15.01. (19961515) 35 minutes

Apparently you bought him after his match on the 12th but his minutes count from all 4 matches (1x cup, 3x league)

Down:
- Terho: 48+26 = 74 (-1 GS) ????
- Melo: 48+23 = 71 (-1 GS) ????
- Duran: 40+35 = 75 (-1 GS) ????

No changed:
- Rolon: 35+39+4 = 78 (What happened here?)

As there's a big random factor (which you're apparently aware of) involved, it's well possible to have players drop even after perfect minutes. I had the same this week... I managed it pretty well this week but still I had more drops than gains...

Work as good as you can and it will be alright in the long run.

Cheers

A good tip is to check the weekly stats. The number of minutes played that week, even prior to you buying the player, is listed there.
