Of course the situation isn't optimal, but nobody's is targeting Asia here.
You guys are several hours ahead of time in europe and in NA. This means the first games at a gameday start in Asia. This also means that if there are problems with the games (as right now) Asian teams will be the first guys that mention and experience the problems. When there are problems with games in Asia, there are much likely problems in all of the scheduled processes in BB, thus global BB problems. If the games don't start in Asia, they don't start nowhere. It's not just an Asia problem, as you see now.
Combined with the fact that around gametime in Asia is bedtime in NA (the timezone of the BBs) this means Asia teams will feel hurt indeed, since the problems can't be fixed right away.
I can understand your frustration, and as Kozlodoev mentioned a few posts before the BBs are looking into it now, and I'm sure they did this asap.
