or you vote the dudes you know from the forum, i doubt that all german div 1 teams are known, especially the quite one in the forums. And in this case you maybe even look the discussion thread or judge about the quality of their post instead of their league.

yeah, I'm not saying that people don't vote randomly, but if you don't even know the person's league that's bad on your part.
