(and by that comes the reason why you didn't answer other parts of my message).

Guess again, my friend.

Actually, the more I think about the idea, the less I like it. As a fan, it´s horrible to be in an arena which is constantly changing. There should not be more than one point in the season where you can really "change" your seating big time, and that is the off season. You can balance the structure of your attendance by changing your prices, and that´s a pretty good tool by itself. Given, it requires some "experience", but in the end, though you can only change it three times a season, that usually means you ruin no more than 4 home games. If you have enough money to afford a "change of seating categories" with the loss of the seats during the building period, you can aswell take the losses of "4 messed up home games". So where is the overall gain?

And if you´re strong enough to make the playoffs (for a max of 8 messed up home games), but not experienced enough to get the prices right, crybaby award for those, but honestly no need to fix that.

Let people demolish seats in the offseason, if they intend to do so, without financial refunding, and build new seats from scratch, everything else is useless bulk.

Why stop here? We should be able to swap other things:

- Training: you train your player for 3 weeks in OD, and later on in the season you see that your team has been having few assists. So you pay a fee and those 3 weeks OD training can switch to PA training
- Players' haircuts: You can get tired of those same faces all season long. For a fee, you take your team to a hair salon and give them new hairstyles

Please not the ironic tone

Because:

1) Training, for example, is something you cannot switch in the real-world.

On the other hand,

2) Seat's prices can be changed whenever the team wants to, in a real BB club.
That is in addition to the fact that you cannot build more seats during the period where you are hosting games.

So the difference is huge, and your ironic turned to void, saying the least.

You can also ask - why allowing substitution when a player gets tired, you cannot make change the player's hair cut.
It would have sound as irrelevant and as ridiculous like the comparison you've brought.

Well "you can change prices whenever you want" isnt completely true in real life either. Nowadays, you have to sell tickets in advance, and you usually cannot change prices after they went "online". I don´t know any team which isn´t selling their tickets 2 months in advance once the season has started. That´s kind of "you cannot change prices" too, as you have to plan the season quite some time before knowing your position in the league at the very point of the game.

Anyways, it would be nice if a BB say his opinion, as if it is possible or not.

The demolish option would be really nice, and it is not unreal at all.

i am also thinking that this wouldn't destroy planing overall. Especially when you loose a bit of money.

I was under the impression that a 'demolish and rebuild' option was already available?
I just assumed it was only available once you reached the cap in seating?

Where have i gotten this idea from? can't find it in the manual, but im SURE ive read people talking about it. hmmm.

Well, if this is not the case, then im all in favour for this idea.
I can certainly see scenarios whereby, you might have too much luxury box seating, but you've reached cap, so you want to change it to courtside.... . Demolish-rebuild...
so really you just need a demolish option. Tear-down option sounds nicer. Demolish is a bit.... 'i want to take my rage out on this seating'.

so yer. thumbs up from me.

There was an option to demolish seats when the capacity limits were implemented. That happened quite a few seasons ago.

I was seriously thinking i was going mad again.

So maybe this demolish seats option could just be implemented at any time?
