Hmmm... I think it depends more on opponent's skills ;-)

I think driving affects the "outside part" of inside offenses:

LI: http://www.buzzerbeater.com/match/39663757/boxscore.aspx
LP: http://www.buzzerbeater.com/match/39663741/boxscore.aspx

In both cases my PG is the one taking more shots and is followed by my SF. These are my best drivers. On the other hand, my SG does not fire as much; his driving is also at a lower level.

So, low driving and high passing would be the key to get as many shots as possible on your PF/C?

I'd say that basics of LP x LI are

1) If your guards suck at DR, avoid LI.

2) If your big men are way too powerful for any other players in your league, gather some guards with high DR and PA and you'll be good with LI.

3) Your SF matters the most on LI.

4) Regarding guards and SF, LI relies much more on DR than IS, which is not true for LP. And yes, your guards will try to post up on LP once in a while.

5) JS and PA on forwards and center will make your team run much smoother with LI.

6) If you've got a center with PA 1, you can run LP through him and end up with 0 TO, while he'll probably end the season with 0 assists and lots of TOs with LI.

I like it.

Any examples of this?

It will take some time for me to get examples for all of those, but I'll try to do it as soon as I have some time, probably on the weekend, but I've used 2, 3 and 5 for a long time and those are sure things for me. The others are based on observation.
