Not depend on age bro. he played a lot of minutes per week that's why bro.
You need to maintain his playing times about 60-75 mins per week is the best for every rosters. Good luck bro.

I will usually limit my players playing time to between 48 to 75 minutes..
But do note that there is a random factor to game shape, e.g. you might get a pop in game shape even if your player play more than 75 mins..
