Thanks for digging that up, +1

Anyone know if he's speaking authoritatively on the 25% or if he's just using it to illustrate that there's a random factor? Grammatically it seem like he's speaking authoritatively but it seems unlike BBs to release this type of info, and the context makes it somewhat unclear.

I had thought so too....if I could find the link where they explained it.... but yea, I learned awhile ago, trainer level reduces amount of drop.
