Good work Mickyster. Unfortunately, I have nothing to offer player-wise at the moment.

Sorry to those effected but I was so use to the late time I did not set a lineup in time. Thankfully the default lineup kept 6 guys playing. With a OT win over their full squad it was a good result.

Next week will see lots of the new guys into the game. Keep your gameshape up. If you are not sure how let me know and I can explain it fully. But in a nit shell make sure your guys play between 48 and 80 mins.

We went down tonight to a team ranked in the top 50 which is where I believe we should be aiming for at this stage. The big difference looking at the game is our bigs are not even close to 21 NT level.
Training a 21 NT level big is one of the easy things to do. Play the player for 48 mins each week at C and do training of IS, RB and ID in that order. Most 21 NT team have numerous guys over 25k salary with skills of 12 in each of those key ones for a big. In fact there are players with over 100k each season in 21 NT. Even training to this level for 21 NT will not effect long term balance of the player as once they leave the 21 NT they can train those outside skills. This has been done by a guy who played for Australian 21 NT with 100k salary and now is in the NT side with 10+ in passing and OD and very good JS. IF you have a possible big please train ID/IS as much as possible as we are going to struggle if our best bigs are not close to that level. Here is the info from tonight's game. We got close but could never beat them with such a large gap in IS, but main ID and RB.

average (medium) Outside Scoring average (low)
prominent (medium) Inside Scoring average (medium)
mediocre (low) Perimeter Defense mediocre (high)
average (high) Inside Defense inept (high)
mediocre (low) Rebounding awful (high)
average (low) Offensive Flow average (medium)

Great win to finish the season. Jamica are ranked 55 and it shows we can climb next season.

Time to pick the side for the coming season. Anyone with someone they want me to look at please pm me.
Also how did the draft go?

You will find training with a comp or advance trainer will do the trick. Can get advance for less then 15k a week. I've trained 4 players to the Australian 21 NT and never used above advanced.
There is a big hole in the 21 NT and we need as many trained as possiable.

Yasuji Asahara (34869030)
Power Forward
Weekly salary: $ 3 795
Role: draws a paycheck
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 0
Age: 19
Height: 6'6" / 198 cm
Potential: allstar
Game Shape: respectable

this guy even with a comp trainer can make 21 NT i believe
allstar will not be a full NT but can be useful for the 21 NT and also be a solid bench player.
Can east get his main skills to 12/12/12/9 with his potential and then add some G skills. Doing so will give a nice boost to you merchindise income each week.

I got an 18yo PA pot point that I'll train. Reasonable enough, but he's nowhere near ready yet. I'll train him because I drafted him.

JR and OD are ok and are the slower skills to train.
Train 1on1 for F to start to get DR, HD, JS up and also IS.
Then hit Passing and OD and he will be a solid 21NT player

or do OD and passing first. But doing 1on1 will help with elsatic effect.

Well it seems there are very few training people well at all. Watching the guys in 21 NT develop this season very few did anything like they had a high level trainer. Yes if people are in the top league they can afford a higher level trainer but maybe some were put off by not being will to spend that sort of money.

I was talking about 21 NT. Lowr potential guys who can help in 21 NT are solid role players in any league. A allstar big can reach 30k salary as a big. This and next season there is not a single big who would meet the minimum standard of being considered for Australian 21 NT. Sure here is a lower pool but I would like to think where Australia might have 7 or 8 bigs with those levels, nippon could have 1 or 2.
