I'm waiting another details but I wonder why a such news.

This statement by Ziad is pretty spot on. The way I see the game nowadays is its restricting managers to play a certain type of game and reducing their options. No matter how you try to limit what teams can do team managers will still find a new ways to beat the system. IMHO rather than trying to restrict expand the ways for teams to compete.

I've played this game for more than 3 years already bought supporter every year until last season because I got tired of the devs changing the system so too often nowadays that severely restricts managers from trying to grow their teams how they want it.

Looking at the TL prices one can say how much the changes in game have affected prices making it really hard for newer teams to compete. Instead of newer teams having options having the chance to get better players so that they can compete faster game is making it harder for them nowadays because of the FA rules before. Sometimes I don't get why trying to fix a certain small portion of the game (top division problems and NT) is affecting the lower division teams instead.

You certainly are entitled to your own opinion as well.

I'm no economy expert, but the way I see it, these changes should be good for the game.

As I stated few times already we need to:

1. Decrease the price of low end players, have them more at the market.

Why: So low league/newer teams have easier time. They were hit hard by inflation, much more than rich teams.

2. Increase the price of high end players.

Why: Well, it's what everyone is complaining about. Tanking, hoarding money, non-rewarding training etc.

To support my argument, you could see in the money poll, that there are plenty of super reach teams, and a lot of poor teams.

Also, by forcing rich teams to spend, I believe the effect will be:

Increase the flow of the money in BB economy.

Again, I'm not educated in economical matters, so feel free to correct me, but I believe this should have an overall positive effect? I mean, isn't it better that money is active on the transfer market, instead of simply staying on teams' accounts?

Anyway, these are just my observations, I'm looking forward to hearing everyone's opinion.

Law of Demand: Demand goes up, prices go up.
Law of Supply: Supply goes down, prices go up.

If I lose motivation during a few seasons and want to train only until it comes back, i am penalized ? that's the good way to keep people in game

Yes, you should be penalized, because at the same time as you "lose motivation" for 5 seasons, someone in DII or DIII can be highly motivated, would reach DI in 2-3 seasons, and would like to compete for the trophy in their 3rd season in DI, but if your "motivation" comes back, it would be impossible for them to compete with your "Financed by Rockefeller" team.
This should be a strategic basketball sim, not "Whoever tanks and collects more money, wins" type of game.

have to disagree with this a bit (i have not lost motivation, but i have similar situation)
i'm actually am going this long way(for different reason, but the outcome is similar), i have been training my youngsters for last4 seasons ( while trying to stay at II.league, but last season sadly dint win relegation). in 2 seasons i am planning to start aiming for top division and basically need 3 more players, so of course i need some cash reserve to buy them so when i get in top division i would be able to stay competive. Why would i need to be penalised for diferent approach. and of course as previously mentioned, when the prices are low, training loses its point, as when you sell your trainee you cant improve your team you can only replace him. but without more specificatons from bb staff its hard to comment it. i'm all about this but there needs to be some limits, so the managers going my way dont get penalised. but it is just my opinion

The consequences are quite simple :
- we tax teams that train
--> These teams will disappear or stop training
--> Less players on the market
--> but more money forced to be spent
--> huge inflation

I will just quote this, so sad, but true.

Who will train players then, just beginners?

If you sell you team and you're in 1 league and you want to train, you will pay taxes? No logic..
So once when you have expensive players you must go that way forever?

I had an idea, when I finish with this generation of players in few season to sell all of them, and then to begin training, cos I want a new challenge and I miss the training, waiting for the Friday to see the green arrows up, but now, seems I would be penalized for that, no way..

I don't think that ... i'm not concerned but it's very hard in the future with prices increase for 18 years, 22 years old, 25 years old and 33-35 years old !
