On the other hand, a regular training session increases skills that don't degrade (until old age of course). And a trainee only has 14 weeks at 18 years old, 14 at 19 years old, etc etc. The question becomes then: do I use a precious young age week for stamina that's only going to decline?

I'd like to adress that. you are absolutely right.
My top-prospect (now turned 21) came to me with 18years and stamina2. So I used some of the two-game-weeks for stamina, just because i feared he will always foul out. If i'd never trained stamina, he'd be at 1 easily.

Now he is at 5, that's fine (for me). I know i "wasted" some of his best training-weeks. But if he was not capable of finishing games, it would be even worse. And at least i have the Gym.

Just my thoughts.

Regards,
Ted

You're constantly banging on about winning trophies but you're spending your first season in the top league of your country? Yes you have more users than the average country but the way you're blowing your own trumpet, I thought Mloty had changed team name..

By the way, I trained my trainee out of position last year and managed to win my top league, so it is possible.

On the topic of stamina, I train it every gameweek I have two games now and I found it's helped my team massively.
