Let's ask good managers. Managers that won several B3s from a big country. Darkonza ... ask them if it is possible to keep salaries under control.

Exhaustionis something this game needed, but now other things need to change.
Substitution pattern needs to change to allow us to adjust minutes better... If I want to give full training to 27 years old and then suddenly a garbage time match happens, he would play 36 mintues and it would make mess to us.
Also if the match is tight I want to have the option that if one player is a substitute in 2 positions he plays 10 minutes in one position and 7 in another. I dont want that substitute to play 10 mintues in both positions and then trainee gets only 38 minutes, and it is not full training.

Also incomes should be better as almost everyone says. It is very difficult to train older players with infrastructures, pay all the staff and have any profit and be competitive in the first leagues in the same time. + maybe there can be insurence that pays the salaries of injured players. If we pay taxes to the game for every transfer then the game could reciprocate by paying the salary of half the salary of injured players .
