Hello, friends!
I had the same issue here. All of my scrimmages were with continent teams, two from Africa Nations and one from America Nations. The one with Americas I got the flag later in another match, so I would say it only happens in some occasions, but the reason why I don't have a clue...

It seems that many people have encountered this situation. After the game against the Malaysian team(52751), I did not receive the flag. I hope it can be resolved soon.
