Anyone train Game Shape? I trained it last week and literally 1 of my 12 players increased Game Shape. And a good number went down. I had maybe 2 players with over 100 minutes. 3-4 over 85. 2 in the sweet spot of 65 ish. And 4 below 48. If nothing else I feel like I’ll never train game shape again. This was my first time ever training it.

I tried it one time last season, with similar results.
I might try it again during all star break, but leaning towards Stamina instead.
