Uo are right. Well I'm convinced that the PR manager pays off, because the PR manager should be the easiest staff to program.
At the same time CoolCat pinpoints a sever problem with the system; it is nearly impossible to judge how big the effect a PR manager is, because their is basically no good feedback from it. Thus PR managers become a little bit of a lottery; you take a guess and hope you are doing the right thing, rater than making an analysis and ending up doing the right or wrong thing depending on how good your analysis is.
Trainers on the other hand are much easier to analyse as you have mor direct data yourself and this data is quite easy to compare with others.

right now im trying to think of it as a grey area
because i dont see results as to what this PR guy can do. if one is too think that winning is the formula here which enchances the performance of the PR guy then why hire one since your just adding cost.
even if he increases your ticket holders of the season that in effects to next season plus it might not even be that consistent because im sure they wont come 100% of the games you play.
if ticket pricing has a effect on the attendance even with great PR officer then im thinking probably there are some division 1 leagues have smaller markets than other division teams on other countries.
i think im going to end this inquiry since its off topic
and . . . . GM lord of doom my apologies for my words, i was just hoping to get a serious answer which i did but the joke part wasnt really interpreted as is
thanks for replying
