Since I work nights, I figure I'll be able to snag a guy in off-peak hours.

Not a chance.

I guess my post wasnt directly on topic, but I was responding to the original post above.

I was shopping for a lvl 5, and was bidding on a 18k per/week guy. The bidding went well over 200k$, I stopped bidding at 200k. I then bid 20k$ on a 26k per week guy and got him. Lets say the bidding on the first guy went to 220k$ for sake of argument. Basically the purchase money I saved will pay the much higher salary for nearly 8 weeks. It seems like people will pay anything to save 8k$ a week.

What? Did you see what he wrote? I'm going to defend myself, and furthermore I did so in an educational manner. I love this community, so much so I'll stay on topic.

The price for a level 5 trainer might stay that high for a while. I also find it crazy. I like the idea of increasing salaries, but I like the idea of contracts for staff members even more.

Say you have the option to go 1-4 years. When the contract expires, you can either resign at an above market price, or go for a new trainer and hope there's one out there you can afford and like for that matter.

The structure could stay like it is now, where you have guys available all the time, but they could demand a certain amount of years at a certain rate.

Johnny Walker-- Level 5 (massage) 2 years at 672k -- (24k week).

Evan Williams
-- Level 2 (none) 4 years at 280k -- (5k week)

Then after two years with good ol' Johnny Walker he wants another two, but at (32k week) So do you resign, or go try to find an equally good scotch?

Just an idea, which technically could go in the suggestions thread, so...what am I like 0-5 when trying to just contribute to the site without getting my message deleted or told wrong forum? Seriously I'm losing my edge.

I don't think it's fair to go after somebody's FOREIGN language skills. I mean math is a world wide thing, however English is something not everybody knows (let's not forget this is a global game). I'd like to see you type what he typed in Polish lol.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not all angry or anything like that. I just don't think that language barriers should be causing problems within the BB community.
I agree completely. This is a global board.

(I forgot to change it "to everybody" sorry)

Quid isn't an actual currency, it's a nickname (but you probably know this). Anyway I think it's about $85. Cheers mate!
