In Spain we call it "conducción del juego" just to let you know.I understand that it might be difficult for you to understand it but this translation is in "Castellano". So before saying that it was bad translated you should assume that we call it that way in Spain.
ok let´s see....I think we are talking about the same thing because in Spain we have "penetraciones" the same as you described, the problem is with the English term, I think or thought that "driving" was used by the point guard who controls the ball and "conduce el juego ofensivo marcando una u otra jugada (conduciendo el juego)". But after checking on the internet in some pages it looks to me you are right and that "driving" is just used for "a driving lay up" = "penetración con bandeja".So I´d like if anyone else could give me the explanation of "driving" to change it from the spanish version.Thanks for the help!!
