There are no free points at all.

This has been announced as soon as the BBs said that there'd be a new scouting system.



if so in which order do the teams draft players if they invested "0" in the scouting?

Well the team can use the baseline rankings to estimate skills. Teams (inactive, bot and all other teams) automatically have the draft list ranked in order of the baseline rankings. So 5 stars first, then 4 stars etc.

There are still a few weeks before the draft, every monday at the financial update you will pay for more scouting and more points will be added for you to use. The more you spend the more you get.

My interesting players
2 SGs, 5 ball rating, 4 ball potential , grade A
C and PF, 5 ball rating, 3 ball potential, grade A+

Still 5 points to go. Interesting thing is that those players in first 10, where the 5 ball players are, were just awful players.
