He can be a good sf,firstly in with driving to 10 or 11 and then jump range to 11 and jump shot to 14 and od to 13 and then inside shot to 13 and after that pa to 8 and then reb to 9 or 10

You are right, hes potetial is not the best. He maybe round up as a good all around SF, not great in one ore two stats but 12-14 in most. This will take some time ofc :).
