#1 is only a policy to refrain people from cheating through multi-accounts, so it really doesn't apply here. There's nothing wrong with buying a 2nd team.

#2 I already replied to, though. You won't get any in-game advantages. Much like bookmarks or scoreboards, this only adds to the gaming experience without actually giving and advantages. Collusion wouldn't be possible and if same leagues is a problem, you could work around that (such as the 2nd team starting in another country, or coding it so that 2 teams from one account won't be allowed into the same league (very easy to do/accomplish, until you get to the top league)).

I always thought the private leagues were supposed to be exactly that - now I know better (PLs are a waste of time imo).

We find that a good percentage of Supporters purchase for the Private Leagues, but to each his own, of course.

How many players really want 2 teams? I feel having one team makes it special. 2 teams ruins it. Why would BB's launch another server with another playerbase and leagues. It seems so pointless imo.

They can not ( And Will never) give people multiple teams in teh same public server though. It just wouldn't work/wouldn't be teh game its intended to be.

Thats only because they have installed the "you can only play in the country you live in"-rule.

Installing a second unit of the same game would be useless too as the traffic there would be pretty low I suppose. I dont know any numbers, but if 5% of the users are supporters and 50% of them would take a second team that would be a whooping 2.5k "second universe" - pretty uninteresting imo.
