TIE is also interesting (but very risky) for top teams - as you could have the attitude that your opponent will throw the game as you suggested to get an advantage in a more closely matched game.....

Ive got to say i still edge on the side of caution and play normal more often than not as a) enthusiasm isnt needed as much now as during the playoffs and b) i dont want an uneccessary defeat followed by a poor attendence for my next game... if someone wants to beat me then they have to have better tactics/players/enthusiasm and play normal or CT and if so then i'll begrudgingly accept the defeat and move on....

That was mine....

That could be a reason to stop playing the game....
Better rating in rebounding and 15 rebounds less....?

8 seconds to go, leading with 3 points, last second of the game 3 point attempt of my opponnent finds the way into the basket...

First overtime 25 seconds to go 5 points ahead, then the normal fouls of the opponent 1 point more for me and he's gonna make 2 tree pointer 100 - 100

Second overtime, no more chance and I lose the game...

My best player Grisa, starting center, gets injured in the 4th minute and in the last minutes of the regular playing time my second center gets injured too...
When I have a look at my rooster right now, both player are in best health again...

I don't now, but games like aren't really funny at all!
I lost and I really don't know why!

watch Liverpool v Chelsea tonight.... Its almost nailed on that the team that plays the best football will lose 1v0....is that a reason to stop supporting/managing your team?

sport is full of heartbreak and joy.... pick yourself up and maybe lady luck will be smiling on you next time...

its funny we dont have a thread as long as this one entitled OMG how did I win....

does everyone believe that the marginal victories with worse ratings were because of their tactical superiority!!!!

well, there is one strange thing about that game. if you look at player salary's (that is one indication how good players are. not 100% but ...) of booth teams, you will see that wining team s players have bigger salary's than losing one. by that logic one would expect that his rankings (OS, IS, etc.) would be higher than they are (or manager don t know how to set orders) + add injures and this outcome isn t so unrealistic.

yes. that s what strange to me. look at SF and SG on winning team. one would expect that outside scoring would be higher than awful (high) + losing team played 2-3 defense

If you know how it happened, let me know. I don't want to make the same mistake Thursday. =)
