Any thoughts on the Box Defenses (inside or outside) vs LI?

Have an upcoming game vs a LI team which i havent been able to beat in 2 encounters so far

u fight fire with fire, u need more fire than ur opponent to make it work

with 3-2, all u need is a better outside defense than ur oppoent's entry pass skill, and an on par reb skill from ur starting players

basically how the LI works is increasing the quantity & quality of the highest probability shot type and increase the probability of fouling out ur strongest starter.

a successful 3-2 limit the quantity of inside shot and hence contain the fire by taking out the air

o.reb is a problem but in LI, its the SF/SG getting the extra reb, and if ur C/PF ID can't contain SF/SG IS, it will be sosad

many people failed with 3-2 because they thought they can just flip the tactic and make it go, but they are only slowing down the entry pass, the ball still found another route inside and the LI fun began.

I will need some advice against my next opponent as well. His strength is his inside offence. However i notice his pg dish out quite alot of assist which means passing skills are good.

How should i go about it to defend against him. I won him once before by playing TIE and look inside as well but that time i have home court. This time i am away

personally even when the od outmatch my flow a lot, i am very happy if someone play 3-2 against my LI, 2-3 works besides was Wolph maybe you need some OD at PF.

why so worry, its only a one trick pony

home court is not as powerful as people claim to be anyway
i am not sure how long ur starting C rested,
but i think all u need is contain that center
and keep a smooth offense on the other end.

Thanks again everyone for the insight, from this thread I made some adjustments on my lineup and was able to win my SF match.

His bigs ate me up - a combined 24-32 but everyone else in his lineup was ice cold. We both played M2M. He played LI and I played Motion. The difference was i changed my starting positions and defensive matchups to contain his guards
