His js will pop more than twice during that stretch

how much JR should a SF (mainly for insidetactics) have? I just have 4 JR on my prospect. should i make him a PF instead?

my plan would make him a SF looking like this

Curious thing to say. Why wouldn't you train them much longer?

Well, if he has 4 JR at the moment and assuming the JS isn't at 14 yet, you'll have a couple of JR pops while training JS anyway. So I wouldn't worry about it too much. 8 should be a good target I think.
I would also get his passing to 9-10. Other than that, your build looks fine.

I see. They're still getting training pops every 3 weeks or so. And I waited 7 weeks of an OD pop for one of my trainees last time... lol... so I guess I'll wait n see how it goes :)

Agreed on the PS, not so sure on the JR.

I was thinking increasing their IS and PS. Then moving on to OD for their final season.

so i could train my two prospect up to this skills. but it would take a very long time:

first:
16 7
12 11
15 9
14 13
11 6

he would be still low on JR and passing, but if I train them more it would be too much for my PF prospect.

my other prospect:
12 10
10 11
12 11
16 14
13 8

they would be 26 by the time they are finished. if I make them PF and C (OD, JR, passing < 9) they just finish earlier. I will think about it. maybe i find a good trainee which I can train with them and make a SF after they are capped

btw they look like this at the moment (i know there are better guys out there but I they are selfdrafted):
